I can honestly say that if it was not for Joe Devito, my girlfriend and I would not have a place to call our own. We contacted him when we only had a 2 month timeline and he did everything he possibly could for us and more. With the added stress from the holidays and new year coming, he made things incredibly easy and repeatedly told us not to worry and found us a better apartment with a negotiated price! 10/10. After several realtor interviews , Joseph was the best decision I made for a realtor from day one. Not only was he always available to answer my questions and explain the process, he always went above and beyond to make the pre-and post preparations, the listing, the showings and the entire selling process as professional looking out for MY best interest the entire time. Joseph tried to make things smooth as possible for me from handling all matters , big or small. He took all efforts to make sure I had the best offer and didn't surprise me with additional fees or costs. I would 100% hire him again and again and absolutely highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase any type of property. I don't believe I would have been successful with my sale as mine was a coop and those are super hard to resell but Joseph was extremely successful and did not disappoint. The commission was not not enough to compensate for all his hard work. There are many folks out there just wanting your listing but they don't measure up to what Joseph and his team delivered.

Me and my husband started looking for our first home in January. We started with a different realtor and something didn’t feel right. When we switched to Joe it was a matter of ONE conversation and i realized what it was. TRANSPARENCY AND EDUCATION. When i would ask Joe a question I left not only knowing the answer but I knew the NYS law as to why that was the answer. Which leads me into the next PERK about working with Joe and that that he’s your lawyer too. Imagine being able to get on the phone with him about something regarding the property and then two minutes later he’s updating you on the behind scenes of what he’s doing as our lawyer. There was no back and forth no mis communication. There was no “ i misunderstood what he said when i relayed to you.” There was no feeling like I wasn’t advised properly. I remember having a conversation with someone about something in regards to purchasing a home as they were in the same position and they asked me how you do know all this? “Well when this came up I was on the phone with realtor/lawyer and he explained it” there were times Joe had me pull out pieces of paper explained it and then had me do the math with him so I could truly understand. Hours were spend on the phone just having things explained to me so my husband and we could make the best decision as possible. I would never ever ever in my life use anyone else ever. If i had my way neither would any of the people I love.

Joe DeVito and Annabelle Dinca were amazing to work with. They were readily available and very responsive at all times. We especially appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful they were, since we were first time home buyers and had no clue of the whole process. They were very patient with us, and always professional. During one visit he noticed a small leak that could’ve turned into a flood. He notified us and supervised the fix. As a real estate attorney/realtor he stayed with us throughout the ENTIRE PROCESS - Ensuring every problem was fixed and that we closed the sale as quickly as possible. My husband and I have bought and sold 11 houses over the years, and we both wish we could’ve worked with Joe on an every one of them. Joe and his team are THAT GOOD!
